The results have always proved to be an overwhelming encouragement, with a high response rate and 100% satisfaction in nearly every category. Guild Quality has taken note of this. Every year, they issue a national award, the Guildmaster Award, to remodelers who exhibit exceptional customer service. This year, Criner Remodeling was among an elite group to receive the Guildmaster award with Highest Distinction—a mark of excellence in Virginia home remodeling.
In the construction industry, the average customer recommendation rate for business is approximately 70%. In order to receive the Guildmaster award, a member must achieve a recommendation rate of 90% or higher. Criner Remodeling received an impressive recommendation rate of 100%. This meaning that every customer who filled out a survey would recommend Criner Remodeling to their friends and family.
Though the award itself is a tremendous honor for Criner, knowing this has only heightened our pride in the distinction.
