Meet Paul Criner — Your Neighbor & Our Vice President
Paul didn’t start in an office—he started in a tool belt. After high school, he began as a helper at Criner Remodeling, worked his way up through project management and production, and today leads design and sales, bringing hands-on wisdom to every conversation.
Over the years, Paul has earned designations as a Certified Graduate Remodeler, Certified Green Professional, and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. His work has been recognized with national and local awards, including NAHB’s Young Professional of the Year, a Best in American Living Award for Best Bathroom, multiple Guild Master Awards, and several Coastie honors. He has also judged industry design competitions, chaired remodeling councils, and spoken on Capitol Hill about safety in the remodeling industry.
Closer to home, Paul and his wife Leanne are raising their family right here in Running Man. You’ll see them out walking the neighborhood, at community events, or chasing their kids around the playground. For Paul, remodeling isn’t just about blueprints and building codes—it’s about helping his neighbors love where they live, and passing on to his children the value of caring for the community they’re growing up in.
