It starts with leadership. Robert Criner founded the company in 1977 and has spent nearly five decades building not just homes, but a reputation rooted in integrity and craftsmanship. Paul Criner followed a different, but equally telling path, starting as a helper fresh out of high school and working his way through the field, project management, production, sales, and design. That kind of growth creates leaders who understand every phase of a remodel because they’ve lived it.

Our project managers and production team bring a similar perspective. Many began working in construction as teenagers, learning the trade from the ground up. Between Doug, Nate, Rich, Coty, Alex, Jett, and Josh, there’s experience across custom homes, renovations, fine carpentry, and complex remodels. That experience allows our team to spot potential issues early, long before they impact your home, your schedule, or your day-to-day life.

Design and planning also play a significant role in how smoothly a project comes together. Sarah brings a strong design background and a thoughtful approach that helps turn ideas into spaces that truly work for the way our clients live. Ben’s experience allows him to guide decisions with practicality, helping homeowners feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Behind the scenes, Heidi keeps everything organized and on track financially, drawing on her years in construction accounting to support each project from start to finish.

 Our newer team members also add to that sense of trust. Josh and Jett are earlier in their careers, but they’re learning every day alongside experienced professionals who take pride in doing things the right way. That shared knowledge and hands-on mentorship help strengthen our team and ensure the care and craftsmanship our clients expect continues for years to come.
